The socks can feature a knitted crest, symbol, or text. Since the design is integrated into the fabric, there are some limitations regarding colors and detail. For this reason, instead of a full crest, it is often better to use a simplified emblem. Note that most top European football clubs limit their sock designs to simple text.
If color or detail limitations are an issue for your logo, consider printed-logo socks instead. In this case, a full-color crest can be applied to light-colored socks (white, yellow, light blue). For darker socks (e.g. green, red, blue), printing is limited to dark colors (navy/black).
